TWS Legal Consultants is an established law firm in Dubai offering advice on Wills & Estate Inheritance, DIFC Foundations, Family & Divorce Law, Property Conveyancing, UAE Residency, Litigation, Corporate & Company Incorporation in the UAE.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Case Management Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE laws and litigation procedures, coupled with excellent case management and excellent English speaking and writing skills. In this role, you will work closely with our partner firms and local lawyers to ensure the seamless management and representation of client cases. Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee litigation cases, coordinating with partner firms and local lawyers to ensure effective client representation before UAE courts and arbitration centres. Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, memoranda, and other court submissions in both English and Arabic (with the support of translators, if needed), in coordination with partner firms. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and external legal representatives, ensuring clear communication and efficient case handling. Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients on dispute resolution and litigation matters. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and decision-making. Monitor court proceedings, arbitration hearings, and mediation sessions managed by external legal representatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner law firms, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams, including private client law, corporate, and property departments, to provide integrated legal solutions tailored to client needs. Provide regular updates to clients on case progress and outcomes, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction. Lead generation and strong business development skills

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Litigation Case Management Lawyer, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE Civil, Commercial, and Family Law, as well as litigation and arbitration procedures. Excellent case management and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with partner firms and external legal representatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and strategic legal solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and build strong professional relationships. Organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.
