Job Title: Specialist - Case Management Job Code: JPC - 4843 Location: Abu Dhabi - UAE Experience: 2 to 4 Years Education: Bachelor's degree Language: Excellent in English & Arabic JOB DESCRIPTION: STRATEGIC: Ensure adherence to ethical principles and maintain neutrality throughout the case management process. Analyze case management trends and compile statistical data on case types and resolutions to identify areas for improvement. Recommend changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of case management processes to senior management. OPERATIONAL: Estimate and collect judicial fees prescribed for lawsuits, ensuring accurate assessment and compliance with financial regulations. Register cases in the designated register (electronically or manually), ensuring all necessary information is documented according to approved procedures. Prepare and submit judicial notices (notices of claim) in accordance with legal procedures, ensuring prompt notification of defendants. Notify defendants of their obligation to submit a reply memorandum within 5 working days and follow up on receipt. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent; a master's degree in law or public administration is preferred. Professional affiliations or certifications with a recognized institute are advantageous. Proficient in Arabic; knowledge of legal English is preferred for dealing with translated documents and non-Arabic speaking parties. Years & Nature of Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal or judicial work, preferably with direct experience in case management or litigation procedures.
