Minimum Requirements 1. 3 years related experience in the Contact Centre environment, operations, volume management and/or real-time management. 2. Skilled at using contact centre technologies and systems (e.g. IVR, ACD, Recording applications and CRM) 3. Knowledge of contact centre standards, procedures and metrics. 4. Analytical and Organizing skills and good ability to interpret data and reports. 5. Leadership skills and ability to mentor others in a contact centre environment. 6. Team building skills and ability to work under pressure. 7. Excellent people management and motivational skills. 8. Excellent conflict management and problem solving skills. 9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 10. Native Arabic speaker with Excellent knowledge of English language skills which include: listening, speaking, writing and reading. 11. Skilled at contact centre staff forecasting and scheduling using both spread sheet and WFM software. 12. Strong customer centered focus. 13. Effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast pace dynamic environment. 14. Ability to meet tight deadlines 15. Good decision making and problem solving ability. 16. Ability to coordinate workloads with peers and subordinates and obtains results through leadership and team building. 17. Solid understanding of performance management & coaching techniques. 18.
