We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Listing Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, managing, and maintaining property listings while ensuring all listings are accurate, well-presented, and effectively marketed. This role is essential in supporting the leasing and sales teams by providing high-quality property data, visuals, and documentation that attract clients and maximize market exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Source new property listings by building relationships with landlords and developers.
Accurately upload and maintain property details, images, and documents on CRM systems and property portals.
Coordinate with photographers and marketing teams to ensure professional property presentations.
Regularly audit listings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong market positioning.
Stay up to date with market trends, new developments, and competitor listings.
Ensure listings always comply with RERA and company standards.
Support leasing and sales teams by providing timely, accurate property information.
Maintain strong communication with landlords regarding listing performance and feedback.
