Job Title: Real Estate Listing Officer

Job Summary

The Real Estate Listing Officer is responsible for managing property listings from onboarding to publication across multiple portals. The role ensures all property data, photos, pricing, and documentation are accurate, compliant, and updated, supporting agents and maximizing listing visibility and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and verify property details, ownership documents, and listing forms from agents/clients Create, publish, and manage property listings on CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.) Ensure listings comply with RERA / DLD / Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations and company policies Coordinate with agents for pricing, descriptions, photos, videos, and availability Edit and optimize listing content (titles, descriptions, features) for maximum exposure Monitor listing performance and update prices, status, and availability regularly Remove expired, duplicated, or non-compliant listings Maintain organized digital records for audits and compliance checks Support marketing campaigns and featured listings Generate weekly/monthly listing activity and performance reports
Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred) Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate listings (UAE experience is a must) Familiarity with UAE real estate portals and CRM systems Basic knowledge of UAE real estate laws and listing regulations Strong attention to detail and time management skills Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
