The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Listing Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the listing, ensuring all property information is accurate, compelling, and published promptly across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Listing Management: Prepare, input, and manage all property listings on platforms, company website.
Data Accuracy: Ensure all listing details, photos, virtual tours, floor plans, and disclosures are accurate, complete, and compliant with all regulatory standards.
Documentation: Prepare listing disclosures, and related documentation for agent and client signatures.
File Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive and organized digital and physical filing system for all listing-related documents.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of administrative or coordination experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
