- DLD Compliance: Stay up-to-date with DLD regulations and ensure all property listings comply with legal requirements.
- Listing Management: Create, update, and manage property listings on multiple online platforms to attract potential buyers and tenants.
- Marketing Expertise: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling property descriptions and visuals to enhance property visibility.
- Market Research: Analyze property trends, competitive listings, and pricing strategies to provide valuable insights to our clients.
- Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact between clients, property owners, and our sales team to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of property-related documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Performance Reporting: Generate reports on listing performance, views, inquiries, and conversions.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the real estate industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Familiarity with DLD regulations and property listing management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
