Responsibilities: Listings Creating listings for Senior Real Estate Agents and assisting agents who don't have RERA on creating Form A via https://trakheesi.dubailand.gov.ae/dubaibrokers/#/login Cleaning up listings, getting RERA permit numbers Verifying listings Contacting agents for rejected verification of listings Making sure all listings in PF are in good quality score Assessing the requests of listings to be Premium or Feature (e.g. calculating the credits to be consumed per listing) Dubizzle Refreshes on weekly basis Updating Bayut Hot Listings Contacting Property Portal Support for any issues regarding the listings Creating Agents Profile in Property Finder and Bayut Updating company documents in the Portals Developers Developer registration (submission of docs, requesting for NOC and Agency Agreement) Entering and updating agents and agency data and docs in the developer's portal Checking the commission status in the portals as per agent request Getting the availability list of Projects from the developer's portal Key Benefits

Previous Real Estate experience is a plus at least for 2 years. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
