Full-time Listing Coordinator In Abu Dhabi with experience of 1 year in real estate. Description: Ensure listing agents meet required tasks, deadlines, and target. Handling agents enquires through proper process - non availability Timely support to leasing team Generating daily activity, and listing report Attending all complaints and feedback of customers to develop the quality of customer services Reassigning tasks of past leads to other teams. Cross checking whether leads are entered into the system Making proposal for lowest market price of property in reference to MPI, and Preparing comparison sheets Checking the listed properties in the system and all portals to make sure it appears in right location. Inquiring about the "Hot deals" and notifying the leasing and marketing teams on same. Assisting Leasing manager for generating reports Checking web portals for our advertisement, listed/published units. Follow up on expired units Generating availabilities for the company in the assigned projects. Following up on listed properties on daily basis with accurate data on timely manner Checking and calling back the clients who listed their properties with the company and validating units when required. Reporting on daily basis all the activities to the Line Manager and update the daily activities on system against the contacted leads and units. Maintain the quality of transaction deal files. Maintain vendor list updated and circulated. Coordinate between teams for optimum performance. Requirement: - Bilingual in Arabic and English. - Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems - Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good managerial skill and ability to handle team.
