The Listing coordinator provides high-level administrative support to Listing & Sales agents by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives.
TASK
Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English/ Arabic)
Proper knowledge of real estate portals (CRM/ Property Finder/ Bayut)
Ability to create content for properties to post on social media.
Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary package and incentive will be according to experience
REQUIREMENT
1-2 years Abu Dhabi Real Estate experience.
