Job Description

PURPOSE OF JOB
  • The Listing coordinator provides high-level administrative support to Listing & Sales agents by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives.
TASK
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English/ Arabic)
  • Proper knowledge of real estate portals (CRM/ Property Finder/ Bayut)
  • Ability to create content for properties to post on social media.
  • Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Salary package and incentive will be according to experience
REQUIREMENT
  • 1-2 years Abu Dhabi Real Estate experience.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Contract length: 24 months
