Job Title: Listing Admin Coordinator (Arabic & English speaking)

Responsibilities:

- Create and manage property listings for real estate sales and rentals

- Gather property information, take photos, and write compelling descriptions

- Upload listings to various online platforms and ensure accuracy and completeness

- Coordinate with clients and agents to schedule property viewings

- Maintain organized records of all listings and update them as needed

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective listing strategies

- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the listing process

-Create a good relationship with owners to obtain the DARI AND ADGM Permit certificate

Requirements:



- Must speak English & Arabic

- Previous experience in real estate or property management

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in using listing platforms and online tools

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of real estate platforms such as Madhmoun, PF Expert, and Bayut Profolio is a plus.

Experience:

Listing: 2 years (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
