WE ARE HIRING -

ADMINISTRATOR / LISTING COORDINATOR



Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate? We are looking for a proactive Administrator / Listing Coordinator to support our sales and listing teams and ensure smooth operations across all property listings.

Key Responsibilities



Gather and verify property details, photos, and marketing materials. Upload and maintain listings on CRM, portals, and social media. Coordinate with landlords, owners, and developers regarding contracts, renewals, and marketing. Prepare documents such as LOIs, MoUs, NOCs, and tenancy contracts. Manage inquiries, assign leads to agents, and monitor CRM updates. Provide general administrative support (calls, filing, data entry, scheduling). Track office sales and prepare required reports.

Qualifications & Skills



2+ years of experience in real estate administration or listing coordination. Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and processes. Proficiency in CRM systems & MS Office. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Time management and multitasking abilities. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
