We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Listing Administrator
to support our real estate team by managing and maintaining accurate property listings across various platforms. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring listings are up to date, compliant, and effectively presented to attract potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage property listings on CRM systems and real estate portals (e.g. Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
Ensure all listings include accurate descriptions, pricing, location details, and professional-quality photos.
Coordinate with agents to collect required documentation (e.g. Form A, title deed, passport copy).
Monitor listing expiration dates and renew or update as needed.
Liaise with photographers, designers, and marketing for visual content and branding alignment.
Ensure all listings comply with RERA and company regulations.
Generate regular reports on listing activity and agent performance.
Support the operations and marketing teams with listing-related tasks.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in real estate administration or listing coordination (UAE experience preferred).
Familiarity with UAE real estate platforms and CRM tools (e.g. PropSpace, Masterkey).
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of RERA listing guidelines is a plus.
