Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Listing Administrator

to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately managing and uploading property listings on various portals, coordinating with agents, and ensuring all property details and media are up-to-date and compliant with RERA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage property listings across portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.) Coordinate with agents to gather complete and accurate listing information Upload high-quality photos, floor plans, and videos for each property Ensure listings meet portal and RERA compliance requirements Regularly audit and update listings for accuracy and performance Maintain and organize listing database and documents Monitor portal performance and generate weekly reports Communicate with photographers, editors, and third-party service providers Assist in marketing coordination tasks such as flyers, brochures, and basic social media updates

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience

in a

real estate listing/admin role

in Dubai Strong knowledge of major property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) Familiar with

Trakheesi, DLD, and RERA

listing procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable with CRM systems (PropSpace, Masterkey, etc.)

Excellent attention to detail

and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Must have

own valid visa

(Freelance, Spouse, Investor, or Family) Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
