About the Client:
A stand-alone Mediterranean restaurant, serving signature burgers and beverages with multiple branches in UAE and KSA
:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Set up and organize their station with the necessary ingredients and equipment.
- Ensure all food items are cooked and plated in a timely manner.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the kitchen manager to reorder supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and on their station.
