Minimum
8 years of experience
inlighting and electrical works
within construction projects. Strong experience in:High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), and Low Voltage (LV) systems
Indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures
Architectural, street, facade, and landscape lighting systemsKey Responsibilities
Design, review, and supervise
lighting systems
for construction projects. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning oflighting fixtures and control systems
. Coordinate lighting works withelectrical, civil, and architectural teams
. Ensure lighting installations comply withapproved drawings, project specifications, and Saudi standards
. Manage lighting calculations, lux levels, and energy-efficient solutions. Review and approveshop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups
. Supervise contractors and subcontractors for quality, safety, and timelines. Conduct site inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of lighting systems. Ensure compliance withHSE and safety regulations
. Prepare technical reports, as-built drawings, and handover documentation.Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
lighting design principles, controls, and energy-efficient technologies
. Ability to read and interpretelectrical and architectural drawings
. Familiarity withlighting standards and codes
(IEC, IES, SASO). Good coordination, problem-solving, and site supervision skills.Language Requirements
English

commercial, residential, infrastructure, or urban development projects
