. Proven experience in: Construction site safety management Risk assessments, method statements, and PTW systems Heavy equipment, working at height, confined space, and lifting operationsKey Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor
HSE policies and procedures
on construction sites. Ensure compliance withSaudi labor laws, safety regulations, and project HSE standards
. Conductrisk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety inductions
. Monitor site activities to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors on safety matters. Ensure proper use ofPPE
and enforcement of safety rules. Maintain HSE records, permits, and safety documentation. Conduct regularsite inspections and audits
. Promote a strongsafety culture
across the project.Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
construction safety practices and international HSE standards
. Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure environments. Strong leadership and safety enforcement capabilities.Language Requirements
English
: Fluent (spoken and written)Arabic

Experience in
large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
