About the Role:
We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Lighting Sales cum Designer to join our team. This unique role blends creative lighting design with client-focused sales. You'll work closely with architects, interior designers, and end-users to create lighting plans that are both beautiful and functional--while also driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their lighting needs and present tailored solutions
Prepare lighting design concepts using tools like AutoCAD, Dialux, or similar software
Create mood boards, layouts, and product presentations
Handle inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups to close sales
Coordinate with the project and technical teams for smooth execution
Stay up-to-date with lighting trends, new products, and technologies
Requirements:
Experience in lighting sales and/or lighting design
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Dialux, Relux, or SketchUp)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative mindset with technical knowledge of lighting products
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Background in interior design, architecture, or a related field is a plus
