Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales cum BMS Engineer in Dubai to drive B2B growth while technically supporting and overseeing BMS (Building Management System) solutions--from client engagement and solution design to closing sales and project handover.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Sales & Pre-Sales

Identify and qualify leads in sectors like villas, hotels, offices, and commercial buildings. Show clients live demos, site visits, and tailored presentations of smart lighting and BMS offerings. Prepare and deliver techno-commercial proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and quotations.

Solution Design & Technical Support

Design and configure KNX- and BMS-based automation systems (lighting, A/C, security, energy). Ensure full integration between lighting, HVAC, security, and remote control platforms. Work with auto?CAD diagrams, system schematics, and BMS protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX).

Account Management & Client Engagement

Build strong, long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end clients. Coordinate client meetings, workshops, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and clarify requirements. Act as the technical liaison between sales, implementation, and maintenance teams.

Market Insight & Product Enhancement

Stay updated on protocols, products, competitors, and green building trends. Gather and share feedback and market trends to shape product positioning and development.

Sales Targets & Reporting

Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Track and update sales pipelines in CRM and submit periodic business reports.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent) wuzzuf.net+1smartselect.me+1ae.indeed.com+1bayt.com+1. 3+ years' experience in ELV, BMS, or smart home automation sales, preferably in UAE ae.indeed.com. Strong technical proficiency in BMS protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LonWorks). Experience with system design tools (AutoCAD, schematic software). Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Proactive, results-driven, with ability to manage multiple projects. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
