Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all lifting activities on-site, ensuring compliance with ADNOC's HSE-OS-ST19 standard and other relevant regulations.
Prepare and implement detailed lifting plans, including risk assessments and method statements, in accordance with ADNOC Onshore/Offshore policies.
Lead and coordinate a team of crane operators, riggers, and banksmen to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.
Ensure all lifting equipment is inspected and certified according to ADNOC standards.
Conduct pre-lift risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement control measures to prevent accidents or incidents.
Maintain accurate records of lifting activities, including documentation of lift plans, risk assessments, and equipment inspections.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of a
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
or equivalent.
ADNOC Approval: Mandatory for the role.
