Supervise all lifting operations on-site in compliance with ADNOC and UAE safety standards.
Ensure lifting equipment and gear are certified and fit for use.
Conduct toolbox talks and lifting briefings prior to operations.
Review lifting plans and ensure adherence to procedures.
Coordinate with riggers, crane operators, and safety teams.
Maintain daily reports and lifting records.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Previous ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
Valid Lifting Supervisor certification (e.g. ADNOC-approved training).
Sound knowledge of lifting operations, safety regulations, and permit systems.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to interpret lifting plans and technical drawings.
