Experience with mobile, crawler, and tower cranes in construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all lifting activities on-site, ensuring compliance with Taqa/ADDC standard and other relevant regulations.
Prepare and implement detailed lifting plans, including risk assessments and method statements, in accordance with Taqa/ADDC policies.
Lead and coordinate a team of crane operators, riggers, and banksmen to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.
Ensure all lifting equipment is inspected and certified according to Taqa/ADDC standards.
Conduct pre-lift risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement control measures to prevent accidents or incidents.
Maintain accurate records of lifting activities, including documentation of lift plans, risk assessments, and equipment inspections.
