We are seeking an experienced

Lifting Supervisor

with strong knowledge of

lifting operations

,

lifting equipment and accessories

, and

third-party inspection compliance

. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safe execution of lifting activities on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all lifting operations on-site and ensure they are carried out in accordance with safety regulations. Inspect lifting equipment and accessories to verify proper certification and third-party approvals. Prepare lifting plans and risk assessments in coordination with the engineering and HSE teams. Ensure all lifting personnel, including riggers and crane operators, are competent and certified. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings related to lifting activities. Monitor site conditions and take corrective actions to prevent incidents. Maintain accurate records of all lifting operations and equipment inspections.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor in the construction industry. In-depth knowledge of

lifting equipment

, accessories, and third-party inspection requirements. Valid Lifting Supervisor certificate from LEEA Familiar with local and international lifting standards and regulations. Good communication and leadership skills. Strong understanding of site safety and hazard control during lifting operations.
