We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced
Lifting Supervisor
withLEEA certification
for a project based inAbu Dhabi
. The role involves overseeing all lifting operations on-site, ensuring the highest safety standards and regulatory compliance are maintained.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all lifting activities on-site Ensure lifting plans and risk assessments are implemented and followed Conduct toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings with lifting teams Verify that lifting equipment and accessories are certified and properly maintained Monitor crane and rigging operations to ensure safety procedures are followed Collaborate with site engineers, safety officers, and subcontractors Maintain detailed records of lifting operations and inspections Immediately address any unsafe practices or incidents
Requirements:
LEEA Certification
(Mandatory) Minimum5 years of experience
in lifting supervision (preferably in UAE or Gulf region) Strong understanding of lifting equipment and safety procedures Knowledge of local and international safety standards (e.g., LOLER, OSHA) Excellent communication and team coordination skills Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic project environmentPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in MEP, construction, or oil & gas projects Basic First Aid certification
