We are looking for an experienced
Lifting Supervisor
with a strong background inOil & Gas operations
to oversee and manage lifting activities safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate must be capable of ensuring compliance with project standards, lifting plans, and HSE regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on site. Ensure lifting activities follow approved lifting plans and permit-to-work systems. Conduct pre-lift meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments. Monitor crane operators, riggers, and lifting crew to ensure safe execution of tasks. Inspect lifting equipment and ensure proper certification and maintenance. Report incidents, near-misses, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Coordinate with HSE team and site management for safe work practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience as a Lifting Supervisor inOil & Gas
. ValidLifting Supervisor
certification. Strong knowledge of lifting gear, cranes, and rigging operations. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in high-risk environments and follow strict safety protocols.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
