Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on site.
Prepare lifting plans and method statements in collaboration with the appointed person.
Ensure lifting operations are carried out in accordance with the lifting plan and risk assessments.
Inspect lifting equipment and accessories prior to use to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Verify certifications and fitness-for-use of all lifting appliances and accessories.
Monitor rigging and slinging activities and ensure correct procedures are followed.
Liaise with crane operators, riggers, signalers, and other site personnel to ensure smooth lifting operations.
Stop any operation that is deemed unsafe and take corrective actions immediately.
Maintain lifting operation logs and incident reports.
Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE requirements and LEEA guidelines.
Requirements:
Certification:
Valid LEEA Lifting Supervisor Certificate or equivalent recognized qualification.
Experience:
Minimum [3-5] years of experience in lifting operations in construction, oil & gas, or heavy industry.

Pay: AED8,500.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
