Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled

LEEA-certified Lifting Supervisor.

The candidate will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient lifting activities while supervising.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all lifting operations according to UAE safety regulations and company standards. Conduct pre-lift meetings, risk assessments, and toolbox talks. Inspect cranes, lifting accessories, rigging equipment, and ground conditions before operations. Ensure only certified personnel perform lifting operations. Identify hazards and implement immediate corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of lifting activities, inspections, and compliance reports. Enforce proper PPE use and promote a safe work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

LEEA-certified Lifting Supervisor.

Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience in lifting supervision, including high-rise and villa projects. Prior tower crane operation experience is advantageous. Strong knowledge of UAE lifting standards and construction safety regulations. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. UAE driving license preferred.
