Job Description
Lifestyle Concierge Executive - Nafaa Job Role Requirements The Lifestyle Concierge Executive will be responsible for managing requests and CRM administration for valuable Members of Nafaa and their demanding lifestyle needs. This will range from assisting with everyday tasks, such as chauffeurs runing your errands, completing purchases, delivery of small items, hotel and flight bookings, reservations, to providing an extra hand with staff and resources to your most important events and experiences. Key Duties
- Providing excellent customer service to members over the phone, through WhatsApp and in person
- Conducting research and putting together proposals
- Liaising with suppliers on behalf of members
- Maintaining accurate log of member data in CRM
- Reporting on orders on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Meeting individual and team KPIs
- Staying up-to-date with all information concerning the hotel services, local places of interest, restaurants, events and happening, shopping areas, and all relevant information likely to be of member\xe2\x80\x99s interest
- Preferred background: Hospitality / Customer Service/ Executive Assistant to a senior manager.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills in English and Arabic
