Lifeguard / Swimming Coach

Job Description
An established Health Club in Dubai is looking to hire a Lifeguard / Swimming Coach. This is a salary, plus commission-based full-time job, offering employment visas, medical insurance, over-time, annual paid time off, and other benefits. Commission on swimming lesson conducted is up to 60% (depending on performance towards targets) Rotating Shifts - 6 days a week. Life Guard / Swimming Coach Requirements:
- Valid Lifeguard Certification is a must
- Certification in Swimming is a must
- Understand of pool maintenance
- Excellent lifesaving skills
- Comfortable selling swimming lesson packages to members
- Enjoy meeting people, can deliver great customer service & maintain a good rapport with members
- Possess strong positive, motivational, & interpersonal skills
- Communicate effectively and have command of the English language
- Strong work ethics, confident & professional
- Self-starter & hold strong organizational skills
- Flexible to work in the required hours
- Can work towards targets
- Good admin skills and knowledge of Microsoft Works
- Disciplined, hardworking & trustworthy
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
