High Performance Swimming is looking for qualified and experienced female swimming coach to join our growing team! We have an exciting opportunity opening within a school, the main priority will be teaching the school students during the day and offering after school swimming activities for the school students. The Candidate: Qualified and certified swimming certification (Level 2 ASA or Similar) At least 1 year of swim teaching experience Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards swimming Clear communication skills Good time management and punctual Able to be at the pool on time, sorting your own transport Able to encourage people and put them at ease Self-motivated and ability to work without supervision Good teamwork Fluent in English, other languages are a plus Lifeguarding license is preferred but not mandatory First Aid certification is preferred but not mandatory Responsibilities: Teach swimming techniques, swimming strokes, and water safety rules to students with varying swimming abilities. Follow our Learn to Swim Program when planning and carrying out lessons. Assist more experienced swimmers to enhance their swimming abilities. Assess the progress of students and adjust teaching programs accordingly. Monitoring students to prevent accidents and injuries. Plan and deliver sessions appropriate to the levels Provide explanations and demonstrate swimming techniques Identify incorrect swimming techniques and correct students accordingly. Use our online software system to write swimmer's level reports at the end of the term. Assist with club galas and competitions. Ensure safe provision of all equipment and ensure it is used correctly To attend regular meetings with the team as and when necessary Make sure safety standards are followed in sessions and undertake risk assessments Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
