Focus Power Security Services LLC is a leading provider of general security , lifeguard and safety services in Dubai. We are currently seeking a
qualified and experienced Lifeguard & Swim Instructor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, certifying, and guiding lifeguards to ensure they meet the highest safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate a
positive and professional attitude
towards colleagues, trainees, clients, and management at all times.
Conduct lifeguard and swim training sessions, including
water rescue techniques, first aid, and CPR
.
Assess, evaluate, and certify trainees in line with
international safety standards
.
Ensure strict compliance with
UAE regulations
, company policies, and industry best practices.
Maintain accurate
training, attendance, and performance records
, and submit regular reports to management.
Stay updated on evolving
safety protocols, training methodologies, and rescue techniques
.
Supervise, motivate, and guide lifeguards during
operational duties and emergency responses
.
Address client inquiries and requirements in a
professional and service-oriented manner
, ensuring satisfaction and confidence in services provided.
Promote a culture of
safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
among lifeguards and staff.
Support management with audits, inspections, and compliance checks related to water safety operations.
Requirements
Valid
Lifeguard Training & Instructor Certification
(recognized accreditation required).
Valid
UAE Driving License
(mandatory).
Previous experience as a
Lifeguard Trainer/Swim Instructor
preferred.
Strong communication , instructional, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and handle high-pressure situations calmly.
