Key Responsibilities
Supervise the swimming pool area, ensuring guests adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
Monitor the pool at all times to prevent accidents and provide a safe environment for swimmers.
Administer first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures when required.
Conduct routine inspections of the pool area, equipment, and water quality.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of all pool facilities throughout the day.
Enforce pool policies and manage guest behavior to maintain safety standards.
Assist guests with any pool-related needs and inquiries, offering courteous and professional service.
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or incidents to the management team immediately.
Attend regular training sessions to maintain certification and enhance emergency response skills.
Collaborate with other departments, including Housekeeping and Engineering, to ensure smooth pool operations.
Ideal Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid required.
Previous experience as a Lifeguard in a hotel, resort, or leisure facility preferred.
Strong swimming skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Calm and professional demeanor under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.
Team player with a proactive attitude and a focus on guest satisfaction.
