Job Description
About the Role:
We are hiring Lifeguards to join leading hospitality and facility management projects across the UAE. Candidates with or without a UAE Lifeguard License are welcome training may be provided for suitable applicants. The ideal candidate must be alert, responsible, and committed to maintaining safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor swimming areas and ensure safety of all guests.
Prevent accidents by enforcing pool safety rules and regulations.
Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
Perform water rescues when required.
Provide first aid and CPR when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and order around the pool area.
Conduct routine checks of pool equipment and report issues.
Requirements:
Lifeguard certification (local or international) preferred.
UAE Lifeguard License is an advantage but NOT mandatory.
Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
Knowledge of CPR and First Aid (training can be provided).
Ability to remain focused, alert, and responsible at all times.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
