Contact and follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Understand client requirements and recommend the right jurisdiction (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) and license type.
Present tailored business setup solutions and close deals efficiently.
Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize profit within company guidelines.
Maintain and update lead information and sales pipeline in CRM.
Achieve assigned sales quotas and conversion targets.
Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and service agreements to clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth post-sales handover.
Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations and market trends.
Upsell additional services such as visas, offices, and bank account assistance.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of proven sales experience in business setup, company formation, or related industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident in high-pressure sales environments.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
