**What you'll do:**

Eaton's Energy Transition and Digital team is accelerating advancement of its digital platform and is scaling plans to implement Brightlayer Digital Solutions for their end customers in Europe Middle East and Africa. The software technology is designed to help manage, monitor and control devices along with management of key resources such as power, space and IT Infrastructure in our customer computing environments with a particular focus on data center as well as commercial and industrial buildings.

As License Management Senior Analyst you will support the Digital Hub teams in growing the digital business. You will be responsible managing successfully the digital entitlement processes and maximize recurrence. This role will be in charge of designing and operating entitlement processes, constantly measure performance of the fulfillment processes so they can be improved to ensure a seamless buyer's experience. In this role you will learn and understand software licensing models and product use rights required to sell Eaton Brightlayer digital solutions. A successful candidate will have strong ability to engage with all Digital Hub teams as well as the other Eaton functions (Finance, Support, Marketing) to solve customer or partners questions or issues related to software entitlements.

In order to support digital business growth you will performs the below tasks:

+ Support design of software entitlement workflows and associated KPIs to support digital business growth (for on premise and cloud applications),

+ Research software licensing models, product use rights and licensing metrics/entitlements as needed,

+ Ensure processing and fulfillment of digital orders turnaround times are measured and agreed service levels are met,

+ Manage software renewal process to grow recurrent business and minimize churn,

+ Support Eaton teams and partners to deliver software quotations to maximize win rate of Brightlayer,

+ Help the customer support organization with their license related questions and problems, such as activation issues, upgrade / downgrade of the digital products,

+ Revise and correct license and maintenance prices in price systems as needed.

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance or Technical related field

+ Order to Cash, Order Management or Customer Service working experience in a global company

+ Experience in software licensing/product usage rights and compliance is a plus.

+ Address difficult customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs,

+ Analytical and out of the box thinking mindset, being able to review and introduce new ideas and improve processes

+ Manage multiple priorities and/or projects

+ Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
