Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Level 2 (L2) Operations Engineer with hands-on experience in ELV systems and smart city platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for L2 technical support, incident management, and system monitoring in a mission-critical environment. This role is vital to ensuring the continuous performance and reliability of integrated ELV and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2 support for ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms, BMS, Public Address, IoT, and Parking Management. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalate issues as needed, and manage tickets using ITSM tools. Monitor system performance using dashboards, NVR consoles, BMS platforms, and health-check tools. Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and internal IT for issue resolution and preventive maintenance. Ensure integration between systems using protocols like API/SDK, BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, and ONVIF.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of ELV systems and IP-based networks. Experience with systems like Milestone, Genetec, Lenel, Honeywell, Siemens Desigo, Tridium, etc. Familiarity with integration protocols (BACnet, KNX, SNMP, Modbus). Effective communication and coordination skills. Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends/nights.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or Computer Science. ITIL Foundation certification or experience in ITSM environments. Experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, PRTG, Zabbix, and VMS platforms. Background in smart city/airport/industrial projects is a strong plus.
