Our Legal Division partners with global law firms, holding groups, and regional conglomerates to source exceptional legal professionals across Private Practice and In-House functions.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a bright, ambitious Legal Recruitment Intern to join our Legal Division for a 3-6 month internship. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to the recruitment process, the legal industry, and the inner workings of a high-performing consultancy environment.You will work closely with experienced consultants to support candidate sourcing, research, data management, and business development initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research on law firms, in-house legal teams, and regional market trends.Assist consultants in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across the Middle East.Manage and update candidate data within our CRM (Bullhorn).Prepare candidate CVs, interview briefs, and client reports.Draft job descriptions and LinkedIn posts to attract top talent.Attend internal team meetings and contribute ideas to improve process efficiency.
Who You AreCurrently studying or recently graduated in Law, Business, or Human Resources (or related field).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Interest in the legal profession and the recruitment industry.Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment.Fluent in English (Arabic or French a plus).
