As a Legal Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate legal projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with internal policies and UAE legislation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, support legal documentation and risk management, and champion the use of legal technology and automation to enhance departmental efficiency.

Manage end-to-end legal projects, ensuring timely and compliant deliveryDraft, review, and finalise legal documents using best practices and internal archivesCoordinate with Legal, Support Services, and Business Excellence teamsDevelop project plans, workflows, and schedules for structured executionPresent progress reports and risk assessments to senior stakeholdersEnsure compliance with UAE laws and internal governance frameworksImplement legal tech tools and collaborate on AI and automation initiativesMaintain accurate documentation and support general legal operations
Profile
UAE National with Family BookBachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in a legal or corporate settingStrong understanding of UAE legislation and compliance standardsExperience with legal tech solutions and process automationExcellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
