Experience:
Minimum 7 years in UAE legal practice
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide accurate, timely legal opinions.
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, legal memoranda, and court submissions in English and Arabic.
- Advise clients on litigation matters, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution strategies.
- Represent the firm in meetings, client consultations, and, if required, in court proceedings.
- Monitor changes in UAE laws and regulations and provide updates to the firm and clients.
- Assist in case preparation, evidence gathering, and liaising with government authorities when required.
