Following are the requisites:
SKILLSETS:
- Law Degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution; a master's degree in corporate law, compliance, or business law is a plus.
- 10+ years of legal experience, with a strong focus on corporate law, real estate law, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws, DIFC/ADGM legal frameworks, and international common law principles.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, corporate governance, M&A transactions, and risk management.
- Proven experience in handling high-stakes legal disputes and litigation management.
- Strong leadership and advisory skills with the ability to counsel senior executives and board members.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
