LEX LAYER is a premier Dubai-based consultancy acting as the bridge for Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs and investors entering the UAE. We combine high-level legal structuring with investment strategy.
The Role
We are hiring a Spanish speaking Law Graduate with a role in the operational and legal backend of the firm. You will not be doing cold sales. Instead, you will ensure the "engine" of the business runs perfectly--handling government interactions, reviewing contracts, and managing the needs of our
existing client portfolio
.
You will act as the "Quality Control" layer before documents reach the Client, and you will identify opportunities to offer additional services to clients we have already onboarded.
Key Responsibilities
1. Government Liaison & Compliance
Liaise directly with UAE government bodies (DED, Free Zone Authorities, Land Department) to execute client requests.
Navigate bureaucratic processes to ensure company formations, visa processing, and real estate registrations are completed without errors.
Stay updated on changing UAE regulations to ensure our internal operations remain compliant.
2. Legal Review & Documentation
Contract Assessment:
Review and assess MOAs (Memorandum of Association), SPAs (Sales Purchase Agreements), and service contracts before they are finalized.
Drafting Proposals:
Create detailed, professional proposals and Scope of Work documents for clients based on their specific legal and tax needs.
Ensure all client documentation is filed correctly and legally sound.
3. Client Management
Manage the relationship with
onboarded clients
. Ensure they feel supported after the initial sale.
Analyze the files of current clients to identify further needs (e.g., "This client just opened a company; they now need a Will or a Golden Visa").
Proactively propose these additional services to the client to increase their lifetime value.
4. Executive Operations
Managing daily priorities and ensuring the backend of the business is organized.
Coordinate high-level meetings with partners and government officials.
Prepare reports on operational bottlenecks and client status.
