Legal Consultant

to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring full legal compliance across all aspects of the business, providing expert legal advice, and maintaining strong relationships with government entities and regulatory bodies in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide expert legal advice on UAE labor laws, commercial regulations, and corporate governance. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the company's interests. Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations. Liaise with external legal counsel and represent the company in legal proceedings when required. Handle all company-related legal matters including disputes, claims, contracts, and litigation support. Conduct legal risk analysis and provide guidance to management on potential legal exposures. Advise on company policies and procedures from a legal perspective, ensuring alignment with local laws. Prepare and file legal documents with government entities, courts, and regulatory authorities. Stay up to date with changes in UAE laws and regulations, and ensure timely implementation of necessary internal adjustments. Coordinate with internal departments to provide legal support in operational and strategic initiatives. Maintain a legal database of all company documents, contracts, and regulatory correspondences. Support the renewal, drafting, and review of trade licenses, regulatory permits, and corporate documents. Manage legal audits and ensure the company is prepared for any inspections or reviews by regulatory bodies. Provide legal training and awareness sessions to management and staff as required.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Legal Consultant or Legal Advisor in Dubai/UAE (minimum 3-5 years). Strong knowledge of UAE civil, labor, commercial, and corporate laws. Valid UAE driving license. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office and legal research platforms. Professional demeanor, with a high level of discretion and integrity. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
