Job Description
Job Title: HR Manager (with UAE Labour Law and Legal Expertise) Location: Dubai, UAE Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager with expertise in UAE Labour Law and legal background to manage our HR operations and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will also have experience in renewing trade licenses and office leases. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and oversee HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Manage and oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions, in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, benefits, and other related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in UAE Labour Law and advise management on any necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.
- Manage the process of renewing trade licenses and office leases, ensuring compliance with local regulations and negotiating favorable terms.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement the company\'s HR strategy.
- Bachelor\'s degree in HR or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a legal environment.
- Expert knowledge of UAE Labour Law and regulations.
- Strong understanding of trade license and office lease renewal process.
- Experience in managing employee relations issues and handling complex HR matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
