Role Overview

This role is pivotal for various employee-related activities within the company. You\'ll play a key part in job design, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment, all to support the company\'s mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Performance Management: Regularly report on corporate performance metrics to senior leadership.

- Legal Compliance: Ensure full compliance with labor and immigration laws across all HR functions.

- Regulatory Awareness: Keep the team informed about any updates in government rules and regulations.

- Government Liaison: Manage day-to-day governmental transactions like visa processes and trade license renewals.

- Survey Management: Lead and analyze various internal surveys as required.

- Pension Oversight: Keep pension records updated and compliant with regulations.

- Legal Case Handling: Represent the company in employee legal matters.

- Policy Maintenance: Regularly update HR policies for UAE and KSA operations.

- Risk Mitigation: Proactively manage risks to ensure audit compliance.

- Reporting: Generate timely reports, lead HR projects, and engage in business acquisition opportunities.

- Communication: Foster effective communication within departments and among the HR team.

- HRIS Efficiency: Propose HRIS automations and SAP improvements.

- Payroll & Benefits: Administer monthly payroll, manage benefits, and ensure smooth exit processes for employees.

Requirements

- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, with a preference for HRM.

- Certifications like SHRM, SPHR, or CIPD are a bonus.

- Proficiency in budget management and cost control.

- Strong leadership qualities.

- Results-driven focus with a keen eye on performance metrics.

- Excellent people and project management skills.
