We are seeking a Legal Executive with law firm experience to support our consultancy's legal and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents Provide legal support for business operations and client projects Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations Liaise with external law firms and government authorities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) 2-4 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal role Strong knowledge of UAE commercial and corporate law Excellent communication and drafting skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
Contract Drafting: 2 years (Required) Contract review & negotiation: 2 years (Required) Legal Advisor: 3 years (Required) working in India: 1 year (Required) * Law firm/Management Consultancy: 3 years (Required)
