? We're Hiring: Legal Executive - Collections | Dubai ?
My client is looking for a Legal Executive - Collections to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical in managing debt recovery and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
? What you'll be doing:
Managing and overseeing legal collections and recovery processes
Drafting and reviewing legal notices, settlement agreements, and litigation documents
Coordinating with external counsel, courts, and internal teams (Risk, Credit, Compliance)
Ensuring compliance with UAE laws and financial regulations
Preparing reports on recovery performance and case outcomes
? What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. is a plus
3-6 years' experience in legal collections, litigation, or corporate legal departments
Background in banking, NBFC, or fintech is preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work cross-functionally
