Description

- Assisting senior lawyers with a broad range of corporate transactional matters such as M&A, joint ventures and private equity funds investments

- Review, draft and advise on a variety of contracts such as service agreements, collaboration agreements, software agreements, lease agreements and NDAs

- Advising on ad hoc queries cross-sector such as employment, IP and contractual interpretation matters

- Supporting senior lawyers with disputes matters

- Advising on corporate governance and compliance matters

- Assisting with the development and maintenance of processes and procedures to ensure best practice governance and compliance

- Maintaining company registers for the group and managing the renewal of licenses and permits, executing company administrative matters

Profile

- LLB from a reputable university

- Must be qualified with established PQE with an international law firm

- Strong drafting skills with rounded experience with corporate M&A, commercial, funds and private equity

- Industry specific expertise in relevant areas ranging; hospitality, health-care, real estate, technology and education

- Excellent communication skills including fluency in English
