About the role
The Legal team sits at the heart of Revolut and is a core part of the business. Members of the team provide front-line guidance and support to all areas of the company, contributing to decisions that impact Revolut's growth every day.
We're looking for a Senior Regulatory Legal Counsel to sit within our growing Legal team in the UAE.
The breadth of work you'll encounter (and level of commercial involvement) is pretty unique for an in-house role, from structuring cryptoassets products to launching into new territories. You'll have a large degree of responsibility for Revolut's ongoing development and growth.

What you'll be doing
Advising the business on compliance and legal issues related to structuring financial products in payments and banking
Drafting customer-facing legal documents for financial products
Helping structure and expand Revolut's financial products
Managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications
Engaging proactively with UAE and GCC regulators
Leading legal initiatives while managing execution of complex matters
Handling high-stakes legal issues under tight deadlines
What you'll need
6+ years of PQE experience
Excellent academic and law firm credentials
Experience in advising on financial regulation in the UAE
Sound judgement and composure under pressure
A collaborative and pragmatic mindset
Confidence making decisions in ambiguous or uncertain contexts
Experience with RPSCS and the VARA digital assets regulatory framework
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluency in English
