We are a reputable law firm seeking to hire a
Legal Counsel / Legal Consultant
with solid experience in UAE laws and regulations, particularly in
construction and contracting disputes
. The candidate should be fluent in both Arabic and English and able to provide comprehensive legal support, advisory services, and representation to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing legal advice and consultation on a wide range of legal matters within the UAE.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Representing clients before courts, arbitration centers, and relevant authorities when required.
Monitoring and interpreting UAE laws, regulations, and court procedures (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Federal).
Preparing legal opinions, case assessments, and risk analysis reports.
Advising clients on compliance and regulatory issues.
Handling disputes related to
construction and contracting
, including claims, delays, and contractual breaches.
Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring clear communication.
Requirements:
Law degree from a recognized university.
Fluency in
Arabic and English
(written and spoken).
Minimum [4] years of legal experience in the UAE (law firm or in-house).
Strong knowledge of UAE civil, commercial, corporate, and procedural laws.
Proven expertise in
construction and contracting cases
.
Experience in litigation, arbitration, and contract law is preferred.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
