Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled In-House Legal Counsel to manage all legal affairs for our real estate development operations in Dubai. The role involves contract review, regulatory compliance (RERA, DLD), dispute resolution, and corporate legal advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review contracts (construction, sales, lease)
Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD regulations
Support project registration, escrow setup, and off-plan sales approvals
Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel
Advise management on legal risks, governance, and transactions
Requirements:
Law degree with 5-8 years' experience (preferably in UAE real estate)
Strong knowledge of UAE property laws and FIDIC contracts
Fluent in English; Arabic a plus
Commercial mindset with strong legal drafting and negotiation
